How to Order: We gladly accept enrollment fee payment in the form of checks, money orders, and Master Card or Visa. Fax, phone, email and online orders are limited to major credit cards.

Receiving your course: Your User Id and Password will be issued via email (or if you have already received them, will be activated) promptly after we receive your payment.
Customer guarantee: CertED cannot guarantee that all students using our courses will pass their respective NYSTCE exams, and cannot refund registration fees on this basis. We do, however, allow a 5-day “tryout” period starting the day you receive your access information. If, during that time, you do not find our course helpful, we will refund your fee.
Return policy: You may ask for a refund of your registration fee less credit card transaction charges if during the course you reasonably believe that it is not for you. If you paid for your course by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
