Your User Id and Password will be issued via email (or if you have already received them, will be activated) promptly after we receive your payment. |
| Customer guarantee: |
If you reasonably believe the course is not for you, let us know, and we will gladly refund your fee. |
| Return policy: |
You may ask for a refund of your registration fee less credit card transaction charges if during the course you reasonably believe that it is not for you. If you paid for your course by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
